The
Creator Marketing Manager
is responsible for the Creator Program by growing, maintaining and developing a strong network of creators and influencers for Red Bull in Sweden. You will manage creator events and activations and play an active role in building and elevating the program itself.
You'll be part of a marketing team with dedicated experts in sports, culture, brand and communications. Collaboration — both across the local department and with our headquarters in Austria — is key to success.
This is a 6 months contract starting as soon as possible. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the final application date is December 31st.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In this role, you will support and manage creator experience projects from start to finish. You'll collaborate closely with both internal and external teams to ensure everything runs smoothly — from the initial brief to final delivery. This is a hands-on role where your organizational skills, creative mindset and proactive approach truly make a difference. It's a strong fit for someone with a few years of project management experience who wants to grow in a creative, fast-paced environment. Experience working with events is a big plus.
STRATEGY SUPPORT
The role supports the Creator Program in driving our strategy for how we work with Creators (influencers) to most effectively contribute to our overall business priorities. You will track and evaluate the performance of our initiatives through KPIs that are directly connected to our broader business strategy.
GIVING WIINGS TO THE PROGRAM
Moreover, your role is to define and tailor opportunities for our Creators — crafting innovative and ownable experiences that strengthen our relationships. This includes ideation, production, execution and follow-up. These opportunities can range from event experiences and supporting a Creator's own idea, to multi-day trips that bring them deep into the world of Red Bull. You will also manage product seeding and maintain day-to-day contact with our Creators. In addition, you will actively expand and elevate Red Bull Sweden's Creator network, going beyond traditional collaborations to build long-lasting, meaningful partnerships.
THE INFLUENCER LANDSCAPE
We expect you to stay on top of cultural and social trends and have a strong understanding of the influencer landscape in Sweden. You actively follow and monitor not only the Creators we already collaborate with, but also emerging talent we should be working with next. You're always up to date on the latest social platforms and the kind of content that truly performs.
Dina tidigare erfarenheter Du kan visa prov på:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably from creator marketing, event management or marketing project management — ideally within the media or communications sector.
- Excellent understanding of the digital and media landscape, including trends across social platforms and influencers.
- Highly efficient project management and organizational skills: proven ability to work with and build relationships across teams, partners and suppliers.
- Solid understanding of content production, especially for digital and social channels.
- Exceptionally sociable, optimistic and curious, with a natural interest in testing new and innovative ideas.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
