For the further development and expansion of our customer service for our clients' customers (B2C), we are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead (f/m/d) with a strong history in the Swedish debt collection market. What you can do with us:

Lead a customer service team that covers requests from consumers from the Swedish marketContinuous further development of the operational processes in the customer service teamEnsuring that the team communicates confidently with clients and customers via telephone, e-mail, chat, and letter and that concerns are dealt with in a solution-oriented and competent mannerEnsuring competent communication of the team with third parties, in particular debt counseling and attorneysCoordinating client inquiries to the right contact persons, including inquiries about data protection and legal issuesEnsuring the economically effective processing of files and maintenance of CRM systemsGathering feedback from clients, customers, and third parties and providing related support to improve technology and service deliveryEmpathic and supportive leadership of a dedicated team Collaborate with the international management team, especially Collections, and Operations, for the continuous development of processesReporting to the Country Head Sweden and to the Head of Collection in Berlin

What you should bring for it:

Successfully completed commercial or service-oriented vocational training, education on HBO level or a qualified academical degree5+ years of experience as a customer service team lead in the debt collection industryStrong motivational skills to lead a dedicated team and focus on the development of individual team membersPassion for contributing to fast-paced environments and to improve processes and standardsMandatory business fluent communication skills in Swedish and English (written and spoken)Good MS Office skills and interest in technologyTransparency, Execution, Ownership, Customer Centricity, Innovation, and Integrity are important to us, and we at PAIR Finance embody these values.
