Du kliver in som Team Lead (Hub Manager) för ett agilt och kreativt utvecklingsteam som ansvarar för UX, webbutveckling och digitala tjänster mot kund. Uppdraget är en ettårsrotation under föräldraledighet (Konsultuppdrag hos kund). Rollen är operativ och riktar sig till dig som trivs nära både teknik och affär samt gillar att coacha ett tvärfunktionellt team. Du leder det dagliga arbetet, driver utvecklingen framåt och ansvarar för budget, förvaltning och säkerhet – utan formellt personalansvar.

Ditt ansvar

  • Ansvara för budget, resursplanering och resursallokering
    • Driva och utveckla förvaltningsprocesser och säkerställa säkerhet/efterlevnad
    • Stötta och coacha teammedlemmar i det dagliga arbetet
    • Vara navet mellan IT, CX-design, arkitektur, kommunikation och övriga funktioner
    • Följa upp mål, resultat och utveckla arbetssätt löpande
    • Säkerställa avtal, upprätthållande och ingående
    • Delta i ledningsforum med övriga team leads
    • Arbeta enligt etablerade riktlinjer och bidra till kontinuerlig förbättring

Kvalifikationer

  • Erfarenhet av liknande ledande roller, exempelvis Engineering Manager, Team Lead eller projektledare
    • Van att arbeta tvärfunktionellt med teknik, användarbehov och affär
    • Trygg i budgetarbete, förvaltning och säkerhetsansvar
    • God kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska
    • Erfarenhet av agila arbetssätt

Meriterande erfarenheter

  • Tidigare SCRUM Master-ansvar
    • Erfarenhet av att arbeta i digitala produktteam
    • Bakgrund som Engineering Manager eller liknande tekniskt ledarskap

Placering

Uppdraget utförs på plats i Stockholm med möjlighet till viss flexibilitet beroende på kundens riktlinjer.

Tidplan och omfattning

Start: 1 december 2025 Omfattning: 40 timmar per vecka Beräknat slutdatum: 31 januari 2027
