We are looking for a Business Controller/Financial Analyst for a global company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 2 years contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

What you'll do

In this role you will collaborate with passionate colleagues across Europe and our clients central business control team to drive innovation and business results. You will partner with the Cluster Europe Director of Business Control to support and shape the future of our clients European operations. In addition the role will let you:

  • Analyze data, create impactful presentations, and help them see opportunities where others see challenges.
  • Anticipate future risks and opportunities, and develop creative solutions to keep them ahead.
  • Inspire and challenge your teammates to think differently and maximize their impact.
  • Ensure our client meet compliance standards while always looking for ways to improve.
  • Lead and participate in exciting improvement projects and ad-hoc initiatives.

Who you are

  • Are a curious and open-minded person, ready to challenge the status quo.
  • Have a growth mindset and are always looking for ways to learn and improve.
  • Are comfortable switching between big-picture strategy and hands-on tasks.
  • Are a natural communicator, able to influence and inspire others.
  • Have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Love working with data and analytics to drive smart decisions.
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, and comfortable with Excel. Experience with SAP, Essbase, or Power BI is a plus, but not mandatory.

This role requires fluency in both English and Swedish.

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 2 years limited contract to begin with. This position is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
