We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Controller for an exciting consulting assignment in Gothenburg. In this role, you will drive financial performance through high-quality analysis, insights and continuous improvement .

Responsibilities

Monthly estimating and conducting gap analysis between actual and planned results

Ensuring accurate and timely reporting in line with internal audit and financial policy guidelines

Collecting data, performing analysis and presenting key performance indicators

Identifying patterns in data, drawing logical conclusions and recommending actions

Providing financial expertise to projects and business cases

Carrying out economic and financial research to support strategy development and evaluate results

Requirements

Relevant academic background or equivalent practical competence

Minimum 2–5 years of relevant work experience

Experience handling difficult but not highly complex financial matters

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
