Role description:
As a Post-Production Specialist at Grand Lè Mar, you will be part of the core creative team responsible for shaping Grand Le Mar's visual identity across all digital touch-points. The role focuses on post-production: video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, and photo retouching in Photoshop and Lightroom. You'll handle studio and on-location material, refine assets for campaigns and e-commerce, and ensure everything meets our clean, modern aesthetic. This position is for someone who's fast, precise, and obsessed with high-quality visual storytelling.
What you will do:
- Edit video content for campaigns, e-commerce, social media, ads, newsletters, and TikTok using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
- Retouch and edit photos in Lightroom and Photoshop, including product imagery, lookbooks, and campaign assets.
- Support video shoots and assist with on-set production.
- Assist with photo shoots and product photography when needed.
- Prepare and organize final deliverables for web, paid media, and internal use.
- Work closely with our videographer, photographer, and social media specialist to maintain a consistent visual style.
Qualifications Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in content editing, post-production, or photo retouching (strong junior applicants also considered).
- Proficient in Lightroom, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut is a plus.
- Comfortable working with cameras, RAW files, and high-resolution imagery.
- Strong eye for brand identity, visual storytelling, and clean, modern aesthetics.
- Interest in studio lighting, on-set production, and refining workflows.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to grow within a fast-moving creative environment.
