Why Join Us?
We're on a mission to empower people with disabilities to do what they once did or never thought possible. As the world-leader in assistive communication solutions, we empower our customers to express themselves, connect with the world, and live richer lives.
At Tobii Dynavox, you can grow your career within a dynamic, global company that has a clear, impactful purpose - with the flexibility to also do what truly matters to you outside of work. What's more, you'll be part of a work culture where collaboration is the norm and individuality is welcomed.
As a member of our team, you'll have the power to grow ideas in an unconventional environment. At the same time, you'll work in a culture of ongoing learning and development, allowing you to constantly expand your area of expertise.
About the Role
As a Content & Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping content across our global websites and blogs. You'll ensure that all digital content is consistent, accessible, localized, and aligned with our marketing and lead generation strategies.
This role is central in shaping content within our new headless CMS while having ownership on global blog coordination, including editorial planning, translations, and performance optimization. As part of the Global Marketing team, you will work closely with the Website Manager on CMS governance and execution and partner with CRM & Automation Specialists to integrate web content with Pardot and automation workflows.
Please note: This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm, Sweden. Occasional international travel (10%) may be required and will be communicated in advance.
In This Role You Will:
Manage global web content: Publish and maintain content across global and regional sites, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with WCAG, data privacy, and SEO/AEO standards.
Oversee editorial planning: Manage the global blog and editorial calendar, aligning content with campaigns and product launches, and identify optimization opportunities.
Support scalable content operations: Implement reusable components and structured templates for efficiency.
Lead localization workflows: Coordinate translations and work with regional editors to deliver timely, accurate, brand-consistent content.
Enable marketing automation: Collaborate with CRM/Automation teams to align content with data strategy and lead management. Build and manage Pardot forms, form handlers, and support automated journeys and dynamic content.
Enhance content quality & performance: Conduct audits and use analytics to improve SEO/AEO compliance, localization quality, user experience, and conversion rates.
Maintain content governance: Document and communicate global content processes and standards.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a service-minded, organized and detail-oriented professional with strong technical and content management expertise, who demonstrates adaptability, thrives in a dynamic environment and brings a solutions-oriented mindset.
Ideal candidates will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience (or equivalent) on digital content management, web operations, or marketing automation, preferably within international markets.
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, ideally in a headless architecture.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce/Pardot (forms, automation workflows, reporting), Google Analytics (GA4), and foundational HTML.
Familiarity with translation workflows and/or TMS platforms.
Solid understanding of SEO/AEO best practices, metadata standards, and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
Excellent writing and editing abilities and experience on coordinating multilingual or regional content.
Ability to collaborate across global teams and proficiency with collaboration and project management tools (i.e. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Favro, and Trello)
