Senior Credit Analyst
to help us take the next step. This is a key role for someone who thrives on analytical challenges and enjoys working hands-on in a fast-moving environment where your voice really matters.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own and develop our credit strategies to strike the right balance between growth, risk and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze credit portfolio performance across markets and products.
  • Define and refine our underwriting criteria – from new product launches to continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Analytics, Product, Finance and Operations to align credit with company goals.
  • Bring clarity and insight to credit decisions, policies, and edge cases.
  • Develop pricing strategies, customer segmentation and forecasting models.
  • Present your recommendations to senior stakeholders – and have a real impact on how we scale.

About You
You have a few years of experience in credit risk, analytics or a similar field, and you're ready to take a bigger step. You're confident working with data, fluent in SQL, and comfortable navigating large datasets and credit KPIs. You probably have a degree in a quantitative field like Engineering, Mathematics or Economics. But more importantly, you have an analytical mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to connect credit insights to broader business decisions.

You're curious, collaborative and excited to join a team where things move fast and your ideas can help shape the way forward. And if you're a bit earlier in your journey but bring the right skills and mindset – we're still interested.
