Organizational Change Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Change Manager to join a global organization undergoing significant transformation. In this role, you will play a key part in driving and embedding change initiatives across the organization, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable business outcomes.
You will work closely with project leaders, transformation teams, and a dedicated Change Network to support communication, training, and capability building throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations.
Identify, anticipate, and manage resistance to change through structured actions and engagement.
Drive the formulation of clear and relevant key messages and propose effective ways to anchor and cascade them throughout the organization.
Create, deliver, and continuously refine communication and training materials based on feedback from the Change Network.
Facilitate Change Impact Assessments performed by the Change Network.
Support the establishment of Super-users through train-the-trainer approaches and enable knowledge sharing across product lines.
Facilitate and maintain the overall project communication plan and related materials.
Lead regular interactions with the Project Change Network to ensure communication, training, and Super-user activities are progressing according to plan and that gaps are identified and addressed.
Collaborate closely with the Implementation Lead, Data Transformation Lead, and PLM Team Lead within the Project Planning team to ensure alignment with overall implementation plans.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and recommend improvements.
Contribute to or drive project-related assessments and analyses as required.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving environment.
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is considered a strong advantage.
