About the role

As a Management Consultant at Opticos, you will:

  • Lead and support clients in designing and implementing scalable operating models that drive efficiency and growth.

  • Deliver insights and solutions in financial performance, profitability enhancement, and strategic development.

  • Apply advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges and guide transformation initiatives.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across industries to shape strategies that deliver measurable impact.

  • Support firm development through recruitment, training, and other internal initiatives.

  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, enhancing our capabilities and industry presence.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 5-15 years of experience in management consulting, ideally within business transformation, analytics, or finance.

  • Proven track record in operating model design, financial strategy, or data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Swedish and English.

  • A collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • A post-graduate degree in Management, Engineering/Science, or a related field.
