AI Implementation Manager
to lead the charge.

Your Mission
You will drive Consilium's AI transformation — from strategy to execution.

This is not a pure tech or data science role, but rather a project-driven, business-oriented position where you'll bridge strategy, technology, and operations.

Your focus will be on identifying, prioritizing, and implementing AI-driven improvements across the company — ensuring measurable business value and adoption.

What You'll Do

  • Lead our AI transformation journey — from roadmap creation to execution and scaling.
  • Translate business needs into actionable AI initiatives, ensuring clear value and ROI.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Management Team (CMT) to communicate progress, present results, and secure alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams — including IT, QA, PM, and departmental leads — to drive implementation.
  • Collaborate with AI consultants and vendors to bring solutions to life.
  • Improve processes and data quality to enable sustainable AI adoption.
  • Be the internal AI champion — guiding acceptance, building enthusiasm, and helping teams use AI in their daily work.

Who You Are
You're a doer and a bridge-builder — equally comfortable discussing business value with executives and technical requirements with IT.

You thrive in change, can make things happen, and inspire others to join the journey.

We think you'll have:

  • 2–5 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or AI/business process implementation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — you can motivate, align, and follow up.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset — comfortable building business cases and prioritizing initiatives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with IT, data, and business teams.
  • A curious, pragmatic, and collaborative personality.

Bonus points for experience with:

  • AI tools and technologies (e.g. LLMs, RAG, MLOps, Python, data pipelines).
  • Azure, APIs, or cloud integrations.
  • QA or process improvement projects.
  • Working with or managing external AI consultants.
