We are looking for a Group Financial Controller to join our fast-growing team at One Click LCA, a global SaaS company. You will join a supportive, effective, and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly and international work environment.

One Click LCA's innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 170 countries and is growing rapidly. We target construction and built environment (where we are the global leader) and manufacturing verticals, responsible for nearly half of global carbon emissions.

This full-time, permanent position is available for candidates based in Helsinki or Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial control of the monthly and annual closing process for the Finnish parent company and the consolidated group accounts (8 international subsidiaries).
  • preparing the annual reports for both the Finnish parent company and the group's consolidated financial statements, plus the audit process.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and manage tax compliance for the Finnish parent company.
  • Maintain and develop internal controls, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
  • Support the CFO in M&A activities. 
What you need:
  • Experience in preparing consolidated group financial statements is a must.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and group consolidation.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written), as it will be the working language. Finnish fluency is not a must, but meriting.
  • Highly desirable if you have experience in NetSuite.
  • Audit experience and local Finnish tax knowledge are not a must, but meriting.
  • Strong numerical skills, plus advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Previous experience working at a B2B SaaS is meriting.
  • You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, take ownership, and communicate effectively with senior management.
