Rollen

Den här rollen är en viktig del av vår arbetsmiljöstrategi och innebär att du kommer att arbeta nära verksamheten för att identifiera och minska risker. Du kommer att vara ansvarig för att genomföra riskanalyser, utreda incidenter och tillbud, och se till att verksamheten följer aktuella lagkrav och standarder.

Primära Arbetsuppgifter
  • Löpande arbete med att förbättra arbetsmiljön
  • Genomföra och följa upp riskanalyser
  • Utreda incidenter och tillbud
  • Vara uppdaterad på nya/ändrade lagkrav inom området och uppdatera verksamheten
  • Analysera och presentera relevanta nyckeltal inom området, säkerställa att åtgärder sätts in
  • Projektledning inom säkerhet och arbetsmiljö
  • Utbildning av personal
  • Driva/leda workshops för medarbetare
  • Aktivt jobba med internrevisioner
  • Tillsammans med produktionsledning göra dagliga GEMBA-walks där man aktivt och nära verksamheten identifierar risker och förbättringar
Krav

Vi söker dig som har högskoleutbildning inom arbetsmiljö eller likvärdigt område, samt flerårig erfarenhet av kvalificerat arbetsmiljöarbete och goda kunskaper i ISO 45001. Du har ett starkt engagemang för arbetsmiljöfrågor, god kunskap i lagtext och tillämpning samt ledningssystem.

Du är en god kommunikatör med förmåga att uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift, både på svenska och engelska. Som person ser vi att du trivs med att arbeta nära verksamheten i en relationsskapande och coachande roll.
