Key Responsibilities- Revenue Generation: Achieve annual service revenue goal by providing accurate sales forecasting and customer relationship management data on revenue streams for the mapped installed base.
- Competitor Analysis: Understand competitor's offerings and articulate Eaton's competitive advantages for upgrade, replacement, refurbishment, fit-out scenarios.
- Customer Intelligence: Develop intelligence regarding Eaton's existing installed base, customer needs, preferences, and buying habits.
- Service Quotations: Develop timely and accurate service quotations with the help of centralized resources.
- Technical Support: Provide technical and administrative support for activities including installation, testing, commissioning, repair, modifications, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, engineering change, upgrades, etc.
- Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with all external stakeholders including maintenance/engineering/facility managers on the site.
- Account Management: Create customer accounts, company registrations, track and record leads generated.
- Emergency Response: Provide customers basic application information via phone or on-site consultation and utilize the service provider network for 24-hour x 7 days a week on-call duty and respond to emergencies with minimal notification.
- Service Log: Maintain service log and report of work performed, by self (where needed) or the service provider network.
- Professional Experience: 5 years of related professional experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Emergency Lighting and/or Fire Systems experience is desirable.
- Soft Skills: Communication skills, teamwork, problem solving, flexibility/adaptability.
