About This Opportunity

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Nordics team. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Your mission will be to drive revenue growth and build long-lasting relationships with OEM clients. You will work collaboratively with our Business Development and Customer Success teams to develop sales strategies and meet sales goals. Your skills and experience will be invaluable in helping us power up our sales team and take our business to the next level.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Manage a client book of existing and prospective clients to drive revenue growth.
  3. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure mutual benefit.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Native proficiency in one of the Nordic languages and excellent Business English skills.
