We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Engineer to join our team at Belmont Lavan. As a key member of our robotics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our robotic systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Process Development and Implementation: Develop and implement process documents and procedures to ensure the validity, completeness, and correctness of process documents in the workshop.
- Process Discipline and Supervision: Inspect and supervise the implementation of process discipline and implement corrective measures to ensure compliance.
- Robot System Optimization: Organize and implement the optimization and improvement of the workshop robot system to reduce operating costs and improve stability and reliability.
- Robot Utilization and Cost Reduction: Study the balance between man and robot in the workshop, improve the utilization rate of the robot, reduce the cost and workload of the workshop man, and improve the man-machine problem.
- Technical Support and Maintenance: Provide technical support for the robot equipment in the workshop, responsible for the development of robot equipment maintenance plan and the formulation and maintenance of spare parts list.
- Robot Function Package Optimization: Responsible for the optimization and improvement of the workshop robot function package (welding, gluing, SPR, laser welding) and improving the quality of the workshop together with ME.
- Robot Selection and Design: Responsible for the R&M in the workshop, together with the product design and development department, participate in the robot selection, design, installation, and commissioning of new models.
- Digitalization of Workshop Robots: Responsible for the planning and implementation of the digitalization of workshop robots to improve the management efficiency of the workshop.
- Automation Improvement: Lead the automation improvement of the workshop, design the solution together with the production and supplier and implement it at the optimal cost.
- Training and Development: Train maintenance engineers and technicians to improve the overall skills of maintenance personnel.
- KPI Achievement: Achievement of KPI targets for workshop equipment, cause analysis, improvement, and tracking.
- M3MU Support: Support M3MU of the workshop.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in robot-related fields.
- Experience Requirement: More than 5 years of experience in highly automation OEMs for robot maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Can diagnose and deal with electrical problems, and can guide maintenance operator to deal with electrical issues. With robot programming, diagnosis, fault handling capabilities. Proficient in the operation of robots and can complete the robot installation and commissioning of new projects by themselves. Familiar with robot peripherals, and able to independently deal with robot-related software and hardware problems.
- Soft Skills: Have strong communication and coordination, problem-solving ability, strong innovation ability, and pressure resistance. Excellent English listening, speaking, and written skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on an occasional basis.
