  • Develop Advanced Calculation and Simulation Models
  • Conduct High-Voltage Testing and Specify Testing Requirements
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to Drive Innovation
  • Document R&D Results in Technical Reports and Presentations
">Requirements and Qualifications">
  • Master of Science in Relevant Field with Experience in High Voltage Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
  • Proven Experience with Development Processes for High-Voltage Power Electronic Valves or Power Supplies
  • Knowledge of Dielectric, Insulation Coordination, Electrical Creepage, Partial Discharge, Electric and Magnetic Field Studies, and Finite Element Methods
  • Excellent Collaboration and Communication Skills for Success in a Multi-Cultural Environment
  • Fluency in English, Both Written and Spoken
