The Installation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, ensuring that all works are carried out efficiently and to the highest standard.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyzing technical documentation to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions;
  • Organizing the workflow on site for sanitary installations, ensuring that all necessary resources are available and utilized effectively;
  • Managing and supervising the work of the team(s) and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed;
  • Managing accounting for labor, materials, equipment, and machinery, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies;
  • Organizing the work of subcontractors for sanitary and electrical installations on the construction site, coordinating logistics and scheduling;
  • Supporting the Construction Manager in project implementation, contributing to the successful completion of projects;
  • Supporting the Project Manager during the tender process, assisting with bid preparation and presentation;
Requirements
  • Higher education in a relevant field, such as engineering or construction management;
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the electrical and sanitary installation sector;
  • Construction licenses in the field of installations are an advantage;
  • Independence in performing assigned tasks, with excellent organizational skills for both own and team work;
  • Willingness to work on assignments abroad, with efficiency in achieving goals and meeting deadlines;
