Supervisor for Electrical and Sanitary Installations

Job Description:

• Analysis of technical documentation,

• Organization of the workflow on site for sanitary installations,

• Managing and supervising the work of the team(s) and the ongoing sanitary works carried out by selected subcontractors,

• Managing accounting for labor, materials, equipment and machinery,

• Organizing the work of subcontractors for sanitary and electrical installations on the construction site,

• Supporting the Construction Manager in the project implementation,

• Supporting the Project Manager during the tender process,

• Carrying out continuous quality and quantity checks of works.

Requirements:

• Higher education in relevant field,

• Experience in a similar role,

• Construction licenses in the field of installations are an advantage,

• Independence in performing assigned tasks,

• Excellent organizational skills for both own and team work,

• Willingness to work on assignments abroad,

• Efficiency in achieving goals and meeting deadlines.
