E&I Superintendent

TN Sweden is currently seeking a highly experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our refinery project team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing all work related to electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.

• Electrical Systems Oversight:
  • You will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • You will work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Project Coordination:
  • You will attend production meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • You will review and become familiar with the project schedule and timeline.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • You will promote a safety-first culture among the team, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • You will maintain accurate records of work progress, incidents, and safety observations.
  Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Construction Manager or PMP are advantageous.
  • Proven experience as an E&I Superintendent in refinery or industrial construction projects is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems is required.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
