JobbeskrivningVi söker en erfaren chef för att leda enheten för säkerhetsprövningar och säkerhetsarbete inom stabsfunktionen People & Talent Development. Enheten är ansvarig för genomförande av säkerhetsprövningar, registerkontroller och säkerhetsintervjuer inför anställningar och andra befattningar som är placerade i säkerhetsklass eller på annat sätt deltar i Vattenfalls säkerhetskänsliga verksamhet.
Enheten ansvarar även för stabsfunktionens interna säkerhetsarbete, så som implementering och uppföljning av centrala styrande direktiv, civilförsvarsplanering, och Enterprise Risk Management.
Vi söker en ledare som kan driva enheten framåt och säkerställa att verksamheten bedrivs i enlighet med gällande koncerndirektiv och lokala verksamhetskrav.
Om rollen
Enheten är en viktig del av Vattenfalls säkerhetsorganisation och rapporterar till Director of Attract & Recruit. Som chef för enheten kommer du att arbeta med att utveckla och leda enheten, säkerställa att verksamheten bedrivs effektivt och att enheten uppfyller sina mål.
Kvalifikationer
Vi söker en erfaren chef med flera års dokumenterad erfarenhet av säkerhetsarbete inom företag, myndighet eller organisation. Du bör ha god kunskap om relevant lagstiftning, i synnerhet säkerhetsskyddslagen.

Vi ser att du som person är framåtlutad och driven, med stark integritet och förmåga att navigera i en komplex organisation. Du bör vara en pålitlig ledare som kan driva enheten framåt och säkerställa att verksamheten bedrivs effektivt.
