Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our Business Intelligence team. As an Analytics Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping our analytical data layers, which serve everyone in our organization and enable us to make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build data models that support business processes, ensuring governance and trust in data.
  • Be an expert in data transformation techniques using SQL and DBT, and Python.
  • Work on analytical projects to help answer hypotheses or solve ideas from stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate an appetite to try new approaches, staying up-to-date with market trends and advances in data processing.
  • Be comfortable promoting your work both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Experience from a Data Analyst, Data Engineering, or Data Scientist role.
  • University degree in an analytical field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and analytical functions.
  • Understanding of data modeling techniques and their value in delivering end-user self-service.
  • Good programming skills (Python, Go).
  • Ability to use a data visualization and methodical approach to communicate analytical findings.
  • Understanding of modern cloud computing and SaaS tools (FiveTran, Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, Python).
