Junior Data Engineer Position

Vårt "Data & Analytics"-team söker en nyfiken och engagerad Data Engineer som vill vara en del av vår framtid.

På Aller Media har vi tagit stora steg i resan mot att bli mer insiktsdrivna. Vi har byggt upp en dataplattform som samlar in och transformerar data från vår print- och digitala affär. Vi har lösningar för personaliserat innehåll, vår egen "co-author" och en gedigen infrastruktur för vår dataplattform.

Som Junior Data Engineer kommer du att ha stora möjligheter att vara involverad och påverka vår framtid. Du kommer att vara en viktig del i utvecklingen av varumärken som ELLE, Hänt, MåBra och Allas.

Ditt team och din arbetsplats

Du kommer att arbeta i "Data & Analytics"-teamet, där du kommer att ha seniora kollegor runt dig och där du kommer ha möjlighet att lära dig mycket beroende på i vilken riktning du vill utvecklas. Du får ett stort mandat samtidigt som du får det stöd du behöver för att känna dig bekväm i arbetet och organisationen.

Det dagliga arbetet sker främst i tvärfunktionella och i stor utsträckning självstyrande arbetsteam med våra slutkunder (användarna) i fokus. Teamet består av Data Engineers, Data Scientists och analytiker.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Som Junior Data Engineer kommer du att vara en central del i vårt arbete för att möjliggöra ett insiktsdrivet arbetssätt. Du kommer att samla in och transformera data från olika källor, visualisera den för slutanvändare och samla in affärsbehov och genomföra analyser som stödjer verksamheten i olika delar av organisationen.

Vem är du?

Vi tror att du är en person med mycket goda analytiska färdigheter som brinner för att strukturera och analysera data samt visualisera insikter för att driva verksamheten framåt. Vidare tror vi att du är flexibel när det gäller exakt vilka uppgifter du ägnar dig åt under en given dag eller vecka. Vi tror att du troligtvis har ett intresse för Data Engineering, visualisering och analys och gärna vill sammanfoga detta och lära dig mer.

Några egenskaper vi tror att du har:

  • Starkt intresse för data engineering, visualisering och analys
  • God kommunikativ förmåga (både svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift)
  • God förmåga att samla in, strukturera och transformera data
  • God förmåga att genomföra analyser och visualisera insikter
  • Passionerad för att ständigt lära dig nya saker, prova nya sätt och lära känna nya teknologier
  • Bekväm med att arbeta i agila team i en mycket rörlig miljö
  • En 'doer' som inte har något emot att kavla upp ärmarna
