Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with solution architects and functional teams to enhance and refine coding practices for effective solution design development.
- Proficient in Data Migration, Data Integration, and Master Data Management processes.
- Capable of showcasing solution functionalities to clients, including intricate integrations with third-party applications.
- Lead and facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Provide and evaluate estimates for Statements of Work (SoW), Change Requests (CRs), and other commercial engagements.
- Conduct thorough testing of unique customization processes prior to functional testing.
- Identify and articulate non-functional requirements effectively.
- Document clear requirements or user stories, including acceptance criteria, assumptions, design decisions, and Fit Gap analysis.
- Manage project changes through effective communication and control measures.
- Create and approve functional requirements and designs for customizations, including Functional Design Documents (FDD).
- Plan and deliver training sessions as needed.
- Understand and apply both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
- Identify and resolve bugs, including knowledge of Microsoft ticketing processes.
- Produce comprehensive handover documentation to facilitate transition to support teams.
- Configure and utilize DevOps for requirements gathering and delivery processes.
- Actively share knowledge through learning initiatives such as workshops and community engagements.
- Organize and manage time effectively for personal and project-related tasks.
- Track basic budgets and maintain accountability for project scope within agreed SoW and CR.
- Stay updated with technical advancements through Microsoft and community resources.
- Complete Build and Release processes in MS DevOps.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in C#, Microsoft .NET, JavaScript, Microsoft Power Platform, and Logic Apps.
- Desirable skills in TypeScript, JSON, HTML, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, SQL, Service Bus, Azure App Services, and Service Endpoints.
- Experience in Technical Design.
- Familiarity with MS Azure DevOps as a repository.
- Associate-level Microsoft certification in multiple areas.
- Minimum of five years of experience with Dynamics 365.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
