Enterprise Data Architect Leader

This is a unique opportunity to define the data management capabilities within We IT Global AB. As a Data Management Architect, you will lead the design of the target architecture for our data management capabilities, enabling a unified data ecosystem that serves the needs of the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct a high-level analysis of current data management capabilities and tooling.
- Drive the work for defining a target architecture for data management capabilities, with a high-level roadmap suggestion for potential tech investments.
- Collect requirements during the work to prepare for an RFI/RFP for potential tech investments.
- Act as a subject matter expert for data management, educating the team and the organization on the different areas of data management and how they collaborate to achieve fit-for-purpose data.
You are a true expert in data management with a holistic view of how data management and data governance collaborate and enable our business to drive value from data. You are well up to date with current data management tooling available on the market and follow the latest trends carefully. We believe that you are communicative, curious, and structured. You can navigate a tech organization as well as act as a trusted partner towards business.
We believe that you possess the following skills and experiences:
- Experience in implementing data management and data governance in large global enterprises.
- Experience in driving target architecture work within data management.
- Experience in driving pre-studies and RFI/RFP work for acquiring technology.
- Experience and detailed understanding of available tooling for data management and governance, and preferably hands-on experience from working with some of the tools.
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English. It is beneficial if you have previous experience in project management and an agile way of working.
This is a full-time position with a placement in Stockholm. You will report to the Data Governance and Community Unit Lead at the AI, Analytics, and Data Tech Center. You'll be part of an important initiative in the company with significant opportunities to influence and make a difference.
