About the PositionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Head of Marketing, leading our marketing efforts and driving impactful client activations through cutting-edge campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing expert with a deep understanding of media and marketing strategy, client relationship management, and tailored solutions that yield outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns for clients across channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives, KPIs, and the latest industry trends.
- Integrate media planning and buying into marketing strategies, optimizing channel selection to maximize impact and ROI.
- Media Planning:
- Develop comprehensive media strategies, including paid, earned, and owned media, to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with media partners and vendors to negotiate placements, rates, and value-added opportunities.
- Stay current on media trends, tools, and platforms, applying insights to enhance client outcomes.
- Client Partnerships:
- Act as the primary marketing advisor for clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Present marketing plans clearly and persuasively, ensuring buy-in from stakeholders.
- Proactively communicate campaign progress, results, and recommendations, aligning client expectations with achievable goals and impactful solutions.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams — including strategists, creatives, project leaders, and coordinators — to ensure cohesive campaign development and seamless execution across channels.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within a digital or creative agency, with a strong background in media planning and execution alongside marketing campaigns.
- Media Expertise: Proven track record in media planning, buying, and optimization across platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, programmatic).
- Skills: Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in marketing, media, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and DSPs).
- Client-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a keen understanding of client needs and industry challenges.
- Analytical Approach: Data-driven, with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights and measurable recommendations for clients.
