Your Role:

As a Guest Services Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This includes greeting visitors warmly, answering calls professionally, assisting with transportation, and offering recommendations on local attractions. You will work closely with our team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

* Welcoming guests and visitors, ensuring they reach their meetings and workplace in a warm and professional manner
* Responding promptly and accurately to guest inquiries and requests
* Offering assistance with transportation, restaurant bookings, and accommodation arrangements
* Issuing visitor passes and validating guest parking
* Helping guests with luggage storage and office wayfinding
* Communicating effectively with employees and visitors, building strong relationships within the building
* Answering telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Front of House or similar role in luxury hotels or high-end corporate hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
