I rollen som Senior Claims Governance Manager kommer du att arbeta nära ledningen och centrala medarbetare för att säkerställa att vår skadeorganisation följer de regler och krav som styr vår verksamhet.

Uppdrag och Ansvar
  • Arbeta nära Claims ledningsgrupper för att säkerställa förståelse och kunskap för vilka krav och förväntningar som finns och för att stödja dem i att identifiera och åtgärda eventuella brister.
  • Ansvara för att hålla ihop Claims övergripande riskrapportering.
  • Tillsammans med dina kollegor inom Claims Governance säkerställa att de risker som uppmärksammats lyfts fram men också att ni skapar förutsättningarna för att få kännedom om de risker som kan finnas.
  • Ansvara för att bistå verksamheten i uppdatering av interna styrdokument, processer och arbetsinstruktioner och motiveras av att försöka operationalisera dessa på ett värdeskapande sätt.
  • Tillsammans med teamet arbeta med utvecklingen av governance i verksamheten och ha ett tätt samarbete med centrala personer på alla nivåer i bolaget.
Krav och Kompetens
  • Erfarenhet av att jobba med ledningsgrupp.
  • Erfarenhet och förståelse för större bolags regelverk.
  • Erfarenhet av projektledning och förändring- & förbättringsarbete.
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i PowerPoint och Excel.
  • Obehindrade kunskaper i svenska och engelska i såväl tal som i skrift.
