Talent Development Manager

We are looking for a Talent Development Manager to join our HR team at SEB's Wealth & Asset Management division. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support the achievement of our division's objectives.

As a Talent Development Manager, you will work closely with senior management to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions. You will also collaborate with other HR professionals to ensure that our training programs are aligned with our overall HR strategy.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in talent development. You should also be able to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform your training design and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in talent development or a related field, preferably within a financial services organization. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
