At NXT Interim Stockholm AB, we are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in the BADA project, working closely with stakeholders to produce and document requirements for InLane.

Main Responsibilities
  • Produce and document requirements for InLane together with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with developers and other project members to ensure developed requirements are realizable at a reasonable cost.
  • Ensure developed requirements maintain a high level of quality, allowing for successful implementation.
  • Participate in tests (functional, regression, and system tests) by creating test cases and verifying results.
  • Actively participate in acceptance tests with relevant stakeholders.
  • Attend daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions with project members.
  • Develop user documentation and potentially create training materials.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience as a business analyst for IT systems.
  • Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance.
  • Ability to produce and manage test cases and test plans.
  • Accuracy and genuine interest in requirements and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of software development and related activities.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative to meet time-sensitive goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English for producing user documentation and training new users.
