Job Summary:

Norla AB is seeking a seasoned Talent Manager to lead the development and implementation of talent management strategies that align with business objectives. As a key member of our HR team, you will collaborate with global and local stakeholders, oversee performance management, succession planning, and workforce development, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Collaboration and Communication: Engage with global and local stakeholders, including executives, to align talent management strategies with business objectives. Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of talent management initiatives.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance metrics, oversee performance reviews, and drive employee development initiatives. Collaborate with managers to create comprehensive development plans that meet the needs of employees and the organization.
- Succession Planning: Identify critical roles, potential successors, and create succession plans to ensure a strong talent pipeline. Analyze organizational data and make recommendations to inform talent management decisions.
- Workforce Development: Assess training needs and implement development programs to address skill gaps and future talent needs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of employees and the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate talent management strategies, stay informed on best practices, and make necessary adjustments. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Profile Description:
- Leadership and Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, as well as develop and implement strategic plans that meet the needs of employees and the organization. Expertise in analyzing complex problems and developing creative solutions.
- Talent Management: Experience in overseeing performance management, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives. Ability to collaborate with managers to create comprehensive development plans that meet the needs of employees and the organization.
- Communication and Change Management: Proven ability to effectively communicate initiatives and lead change management efforts for smooth implementation. Ability to develop and implement communication plans to engage employees and stakeholders in talent management initiatives.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Language: Proficiency in English.
