Digital Customer Experience Delivery Lead

About the Role
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Digital Product Owners, Marketing, and Sales heads, as well as IT roles like Delivery Leads, Solution Architects, and Business Process Liaisons, and external vendor partners.
The international team you will work with consists of colleagues who also work as business analysts and delivery leads. This position is based at our office in Gothenburg, Sweden, and reports to the IT Manager Digital Customer Experience. For the right candidate, there is a possibility to be located at our site in Munich, Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive digital IT solutions and projects, and product teams as a delivery lead.
- Bring your knowledge of digital services around eCommerce, CMS, and Digital Marketing to facilitate workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user needs, their strategies, and their goals.
- Work in Agile digital Product Teams with business product owners, architects, and tech teams.
- Think and work Agile – define User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, perform UAT.
- Own the technical solution and drive improvement of incident resolution, stability, InfoSec, etc.
- Manage team capacity, budgets, and report progress.
Requirements
- You have a university degree in a relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration.
- Knowledge and technical understanding of eCommerce, Websites, portals, Digital Marketing (MarTech).
- Experience of analyzing and breaking down problems and information.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and multiple activities, quickly shifting from one situation to another.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and senior stakeholder sessions.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Willing to travel 10%.
