Job Description

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for leading our key account management efforts in the Nordics region. As a seasoned business development manager, you will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, creating and executing strategic account plans, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

You will work closely with our internal teams to deliver seamless service and solutions to our key accounts, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and drive business growth will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least a decade of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the technology industry, with a strong focus on Nordics and the EU markets.
  • Strong sales acumen, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market trends and industry developments.
