- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with customers, authorities, and other local organizations to ensure their support of field activities.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Project Security: Develop and implement HSE plans, ensure proper training of on-site resources, and promote health and safety considerations throughout the project.
- Material Handling: Ensure correct handling, storage, and installation of delivered equipment, and coordinate on-site storage and local transportation.
- Sub-contractor Handling: Manage sub-contractors to ensure quality, safety, and progress are achieved to meet delivery dates and agreed standards.
- Site Cost Management: Control project costs, monitor actual spend against forecasts, and estimate final costs for site work.
- Documentation: Ensure all documentation is modified and updated as necessary, and maintain good document control at site.
- People Leadership and Development: Ensure the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed, and guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect reports.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil/Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering or corresponding working experience.
- Relevant site manager experience in voltage level of 400kv.
- ESA 19 certification.
- BAS-U experience.
- Fluent in Swedish language, spoken and written.
- Valid driving license class B.
- Willing to travel across sites.
