Key Responsibilities:
  1. We require an HSEQ Manager to oversee the development of a comprehensive management system, ensuring adherence to international standards such as ISO9001 and ISO14001.
  2. This role involves collaborating with the head of Operations to review and update operational management mission, policies, strategy, mid & short-term plan and processes & procedures.
  3. The successful candidate will be accountable for driving operational best practices, improving environmental safety, product safety and compliance, including planned maintenance guidelines, metal contamination, dust reduction, etc.
  4. This includes leading the development of standard key performance indicators to monitor and report organizational performance to assure sustainable improvement on quality and actual safety risk reduction.
  5. We require someone who can provide regular cost consumption summaries for responsible areas, especially on procurement & labor cost to develop short & mid-term OPEX plans.
  6. The HSEQ Manager will lead operation management, especially on process and product safety, hazardous material handling, dust zero and contamination-free.
  7. This position requires implementing measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials.
  8. The HSEQ Manager will develop an HSE & QMS culture within operation.
  9. We require someone who can monitor and report compliance status through internal audits and risk assessments, addressing areas of non-compliance.
  10. This role involves conducting investigations into allegations of misconduct, determining appropriate actions to address wrongdoing.
  11. The HSEQ Manager will engage with stakeholders including employees, management, regulators, and the public to promote transparency and accountability.
  12. We require someone who can continuously improve the management system and policies to address emerging risks, legal changes, and organizational growth.
  13. This role requires participating actively in design reviews, offering valuable feedback and insights to enhance CAM and cell manufacturing processes.
  14. The HSEQ Manager will collaborate closely with project managers to comprehend high-level designs and ensure alignment with project goals.
  15. We require someone who can understand cathode and cell technologies trends and translate them into detailed technical development for processes.
  16. This role involves technology discovery and evaluation, partnership building, and benchmarking of CAM and cell manufacturing equipment vendors via close collaborations with Process Engineering and R&D teams.
  17. The HSEQ Manager will provide solutions, support, and training to Operations staff to ensure quality output.
  18. We require someone who can transfer CAM and cell process equipment troubleshooting skills and provide solutions to chronic failures to increase in-line yields and efficiency.
  19. The HSEQ Manager will continuously improve state-of-the-CAM and cell processes to optimize product quality & process reliability, production costs based on experience and knowledge.
  20. This role requires developing manufacturing standards, tools, processes, guidelines, etc.
  21. The HSEQ Manager will support commissioning processes from a technical perspective when needed.
