You will work closely with the Head of Operations to establish a comprehensive framework for future ISO9001 and ISO14001 implementation and certification. This collaborative effort will involve developing strategies and frameworks that align with the requirements of these internationally recognized standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing operational management mission, policies, strategy, mid & short-term plan and processes & procedures.
  • Accountable for developing, driving and overseeing operational best practices, improvement of environmental safety, product safety and compliance.
  • Developing and utilizing standard key performance indicators to monitor and report organizational performance to assure sustainable improvement on quality and actual safety risk reduction.
  • Developing regular cost consumption summary for responsible areas, especially on procurement & labor cost to develop short & mid-term OPEX plans.
  • Leading implementation of measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials.
  • Developing an HSE & QMS culture within operation.
  • Monitoring and reporting compliance status through internal audits and risk assessments, addressing areas of non-compliance.
  • Conducting investigations into allegations of misconduct, determining appropriate actions to address wrongdoing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the secondary battery industry with a proven portfolio of completed projects related to battery manufacturing.
  • Extensive experience in CAM manufacturing processes, including raw material feeding, reacting, calcination, material flow handling, product packaging, dust handling, mixing/blending, and sieving.
  • In-depth understanding of cell manufacturing processes, covering electrode production, assembly, and formation.
  • Strong expertise in dust and contamination reduction strategies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to working across teams and disciplines.
