Job Responsibilities

As Publishing Director, you'll lead a diverse publishing team and be responsible for:

  • Leading a publishing team and managing two-way feedback loops
  • Synchronizing publishing beats with development beats
  • Proposing creative solutions to development, tech, and commercial teams
  • Building strategic relationships with external partners
  • Evaluating KPIs and optimizing publishing budget allocation
Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in the game industry, including 5+ years in PC/console publishing. You should have a proven track record of owning P&Ls, preferably in free-to-play games. In-depth knowledge of PC and console distribution platforms is essential.
