As Publishing Director, you'll lead a diverse publishing team comprising marketing, community management, customer support, release management, QA, and localization disciplines. Your expertise will drive player-facing decision-making and maximize returns on effort and spend.

• Lead a publishing team and manage two-way feedback loops
• Synchronize publishing beats with development beats
• Propose creative solutions to development, tech, and commercial teams
• Build strategic relationships with external partners
• Evaluate KPIs and optimize publishing budget allocation

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in the game industry, including 5+ years in PC/console publishing. You should have a proven track record of owning P&Ls, preferably in free-to-play games. In-depth knowledge of PC and console distribution platforms is essential.
