Job Summary
Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team in Lulea, Sweden. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the safe movement of parts within the client Data Center. Your primary duties will include maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as physical stamina to perform manual labor. About the Role
The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for the following key activities:
- Managing inventory levels and tracking inventory movements
- Coordinating shipments and deliveries with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Current Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Windows and Apple devices
