About the Job
We are currently hiring a Logistics Specialist to work onsite in Lulea, Sweden. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely moving parts into, out of, and around client Data Centers using various technology and equipment. Your primary duties will include maintaining strict inventory control, conducting accurate system transactions, ensuring timely shipments and receipts, and transporting inventory by hand or using material handling equipment. You will also complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor, prioritizing quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires commitment to excellence in service delivery and alignment with our core values.

Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a team of logistics specialists on various projects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of inventory within the Data Center
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of operations experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Current Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Windows and Apple devices
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
