European Affiliate Relationship Manager

As a Senior Affiliate Liaison for Southern Europe at Addrevenue AB, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships between advertisers and affiliates.
Our affiliate marketing platform connects businesses from around the world with high-performing affiliates who drive results. With a focus on delivering real value, we only reward actual sales, ensuring our partners achieve tangible outcomes.
We are seeking a talented professional to lead our Southern Europe region, which encompasses Spain, Portugal, and Italy. Ideally, you will be fluent in English and one or more local languages, with a preference for being based in Sweden.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong Communication Skills: Foster trust and provide guidance through clear and concise communication.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decisions.
- Creative Campaign Development: Design and implement innovative promotional strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
- Effective Collaboration: Build strong relationships with affiliates and advertisers, negotiating agreements and advocating for mutual benefits.
- Technical Competence: Leverage reporting tools to efficiently manage and optimize affiliate campaigns.
As a Senior Affiliate Liaison, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting new advertisers to join our platform
- Training and mentoring affiliates to enhance their skills and increase referral traffic quality
- Managing daily campaign activities to maximize ROI and drive business growth
- Designing and implementing campaign ideas, including incentives and bonuses to drive engagement
- Developing affiliate marketing strategies that meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Conducting regular analysis to identify areas for improvement in program and campaign activity
- Providing comprehensive reports to advertisers and senior management
- Ensuring timely and accurate commission payments
