At Addrevenue AB, we pride ourselves on being a cutting-edge affiliate marketing platform. We're seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Affiliate Manager - South European Market.

This role involves cultivating strong relationships between advertisers and their affiliate partners, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership. Our innovative model ensures advertisers only pay for actual sales, making it essential for you to deliver results.

We're looking for someone fluent in English and at least one local language (Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian) to cover the Southern European market. Ideally, you'd be based in Stockholm, Sweden, but this isn't a requirement.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build trust, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts.
  • Analytical Abilities: Identify trends, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity: Develop compelling promotional strategies benefiting both parties.
  • Negotiation and Influencing: Negotiate agreements, persuade affiliates, and advocate for advertiser interests.
  • Tech Savviness: Understand reporting tools to manage and optimize campaigns effectively.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting new advertisers to join the platform.
  • Training and recruiting new affiliates to enhance referral traffic quality and quantity.
  • Managing affiliate campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Designing new campaign ideas, including incentives and bonuses.
  • Creating strategic plans to achieve specified sales targets.
  • Analyzing program and campaign data to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Providing detailed reports to advertisers and senior management.
  • E nsuring timely and accurate commission payments.
