Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Affairs Manager to join our Legal & Compliance team. In this role, you will contribute to our sustainability journey and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor EU ESG regulations and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Maintain and develop ESG resources and toolkits, providing training and support on specific sustainability matters.
  • Oversee ESG compliance across our value chain, including due diligence for risk assessment and management.
  • Provide legal guidance on sustainability in business relationships, covering risk assessments, contracts, and audits.
  • Support corporate law and governance matters, contributing to initiatives that strengthen our governance framework.

Your Profile

  • Law degree with a focus on corporate law, sustainability, and/or regulatory compliance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with similar topics, preferably from a multinational corporation, law firm, or regulatory body.
  • Experience within EU ESG regulatory frameworks and corporate governance is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate legal requirements into practical business solutions.
  • Structured, flexible, and collaborative mindset with a strong focus on stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency in both English and Swedish is required.
