Job Description

We're at the forefront of the energy transition, and our E-Mobility team is crucial to meeting the demands of the market. As a Process Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and quality throughout our processes. You'll develop new ways of working, streamline our processes, and collaborate with a highly competent team to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategy and roadmap for processes within the appointed area
  • Develop and adjust processes to optimize efficiency and quality
  • Develop and update work instructions to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Ensure clear acceptance and handover criteria for processes
  • Define and follow up KPIs and process performance metrics
  • Implement new and updated processes to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Industrial Management, Business Development, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in process management, preferably in the energy or sustainability sector
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Swedish is a plus
