Your Role

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing solutions and architectures, guiding teams on project processes and deliverables. As a senior consultant in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews, providing expert guidance and insights.

Responsibilities
  • Synthesize requirements across different tracks, such as Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Services, and Finance, and design end-to-end solutions for the enterprise.
  • Interact directly with customer process consultants and business SMEs to gather business and technical requirements.
  • Analyze requirements for different areas, identify cross-functional impact, and provide optimal solutions to meet requirements.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership in conversations with customer teams, convincing on solution options and decisions.
  • Coordinate with different tracks to drive optimal solutions and project milestones from a solution perspective.
  • Ensure optimal design is delivered to the customer, and any issues are resolved.
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities wherever applicable.
Requirements
  • Good overall process knowledge in Sales, Manufacturing, Order Management, Purchasing, Distribution, Services, and Financials.
  • Sufficient experience in Oracle EBS modules of Distribution, Supply Chain, Services, and Financials.
  • Understand business requirements and be able to convert them into system configurations in Oracle modules.
  • Bring diverse perspectives and analyze requirements from a cross-functional perspective.
  • Have an end-to-end understanding of a company's processes.
  • Ability to lead different tracks to ensure completeness of solution activities for the project.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Process Optimization/Modernization through digitization initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Ability to lead different teams towards a common objective.
