Main Responsibilities:

  1. Brand and Product Communication:
    • Develop and implement brand and product launch campaigns across both B2B and B2C channels.
    • Collaborate with suppliers, agencies, production teams, and printing houses to ensure smooth campaign execution.
    • Manage PR and advertising budgets to achieve maximum impact.
    • Handle documentation and ensure timely project delivery.
  2. Event Management:
    • Organize and execute events in Sweden and Norway, including kick-offs, award shows, and conferences.
    • Coordinate event and travel budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
    • Prepare schedules and agendas for events.
    • Work with event and travel agencies to ensure seamless logistics.
    • Coordinate international trips and prepare marketing content for distribution.
  3. PR & Media Relations:
    • Develop and execute PR and media projects in the market.
    • Prepare PR shipments to influencers, journalists, and opinion leaders for major product launches.
    • Organize and coordinate meetings with media and influencers.
    • Collaborate closely with the PR agency to maximize media coverage.
  4. Work with Influencers/Ambassadors/Celebrities:
    • Build partnerships with local opinion leaders and identify opportunities for collaboration.
    • Create and execute collaborations with influencers and bloggers through events, seedings, and other engagements.
    • Lead and manage the influencer base to ensure consistent brand messaging.
    • Initiate and execute 'Brand Ambassadors' projects to promote our brand values.
  5. Digital Strategy:
    • Support the marketing team in developing digital strategies.
    • Monitor metrics of paid ads performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for improved ROI.
    • Work closely with the Digital Agency and Digital Specialist to establish precise targeting and remarketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing role or within a marketing/digital agency.
  • Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English to ensure effective communication across local and global teams.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Norwegian is a plus.
