We are seeking a talented Data Analytics Manager to join our Business Tech organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and developing our data analysts, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of data analysts to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers, program managers, and engineering managers to secure the right competences and skillsets across the data analyst community.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in other product teams and enabling functions to build a broad network within Business Tech.
  • Develop and implement processes to continuously improve ways of working with data analytics.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to coach others in data analysis techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage people in high achievements and support them by creating conditions for personal growth.
  • Academic degree within Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience from data analysis, product/business analysis, or similar.
