Sales Director New Markets

At TN Sweden, we're passionate about driving growth and innovation in the UK workforce. As an Account Manager - New Business, you'll play a key role in expanding our client base through effective sales strategies and client engagement techniques.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute plans to drive new business growth in the UK market.
- Nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions from our portfolio of services.
- Drive sales by phone, video conferences, and face-to-face meetings with clients.
- Continuously reach monthly and half-yearly sales targets.
- Utilize our systems and tools to report and follow up on sales activities.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Oversee the entire sales process - from prospecting to signing.
- Manage contracts and support the economy in receiving final payment from clients.
Requirements:
- Some experience in B2B sales is preferred but not necessary.
- Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills are beneficial.
- Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Educational background:
- Sales-related education is advantageous.
