Key Responsibilities- Provide confident and solution-oriented communication with clients, consumers, and third parties via email, chat, and letter.
- Handle legal issues, such as inquiries from debt counseling agencies, or criminal charges, and serve as a contact person for the bailiff on court files.
- Coordinate client inquiries to the right contact persons, including inquiries about data protection and legal issues.
- Process files in a commercially effective manner and maintain CRM systems.
- Collect feedback from clients and customers to support the improvement of technology and services.
- Contribute to the further development of internal processes and structures to strengthen the team.
- First experience in B2C customer service, ideally with a focus on receivables management/debt collection.
- Passion for contributing to fast-paced environments and continuously improving processes and standards.
- Hands-on and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- Good MS Office skills and a passion for new technologies such as AI.
