Are you ready to take your career to the next level and lead a team of talented sales advisors? Do you have what it takes to drive effective multibrand customer experiences and achieve sales targets?

As a Multiple Counter Manager at MAC, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple counters of different brands, ensuring that customers receive the best in-store experience, and leading and developing a team of sales advisors to their full potential.

You will be reporting to your direct District Manager and will be based in Malmö. The position is permanent and part-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Maintain and set an example of outstanding customer service, track sales, monitor KPIs, and communicate business results.
  • People Management: Be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, support and develop the team in selling techniques and product knowledge, and continually conduct performance discussions and provide feedback.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of high school diploma or certificate from a make-up school.
  • +3 years of working experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty sector, with management experience.
  • Business-minded and aligned with KPIs set by the company.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to oversee multibrands.
  • Excellent communication, organization, delegation, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in a Nordic language and English, both in speaking and writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and experience with POS systems.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Familiarity with Social Media platforms.
